*PRESS STATEMENT* *2019 ELECTIONS: APC Rejects Polls, Calls For Cancellation and Rerun In Cross River* Gentlemen of the press, we feel greatly constrained to address you today on the outcome of the just concluded elections in Cross River State. The National Assembly and Governorship/State Assembly elections organized by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Cross River State on Saturday February 23 and Saturday March 9, 2019, respectively, were, at its best, a sham that cannot stand the test of time.  The contest was not just between the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates on one hand and the candidates of other parties that participated in the exercise on the other hand but between the APC candidates on one hand and the ruling party in the state, the Peoples Democratic Party, the INEC, the Security forces and Gov Ben Ayade's organized thugs on the other. The Etim John-led faction of the party were the ones INEC collected list of party agents from...

Owan Mocks Ayades Budget, Says "no be grammar we go chop"

Image
The APC Guber Candidate,  Sen. John Owan Enoh has described the Budget of Quabalistic Densification as another grammatical excercise of the present administration. Adding that it was an imaginary fiscal policy without the oxygen to survive. Adding that even Lagos state that generates more revenue did not budget upto a trillion naira. Sen. John Querried Ayades Economic imprudence as the reason why many businesses left Cross River State, siting that recent statistics affirms his position. " if you check the last ratings from the national bureau of statistics,  Cross River is the worst state in doing business,  we ranked 36, out of 36 state,  this Government has continued to make us a state of public ridicle,  how far did the Budget of Kinetic Crystalization go? Now we have Quabalistic Densification, this is a clear show of lack of insight and another gramatical show. What we have had for four years is just big talk, big grammar, 'my people no be grammar we ...

Even God Judges leaders by performance not zonning- Ekpo Okon*

Image
* The Deputy Governorship Candidate of the APC in Cross River State,  and running mate of Sen. John Owan Enoh has taken a swipe at the proponents of zonning,  adding that it was not a law of nature to allow failure of leadership to continue merely because anyone believes they come from a favoured region. Supporting his assertion, Hon Ekpo told the enthusiastic crowd that  When God noticed that Saul had failed to live up to his responsibilities as King of Isreal, he did not allow him to continue because he was just annointed,  or because the throne was assigned to his family,  but Saul was immediately replaced by David, whom God asked prophet Samuel to annoint. Owan Enoh is the David, that God wants to salvage our state, and we have to give ourselves a new future. Ntufam Ekpo Okon,  expressed disappointment that some elites who were either direct beneficiaries of the misgovernace of the present administration or who were eyeing the Governorship in 20...
