I will conduct Local Govt. Elections in Six months -Owan Enoh

The Guber Candidate of the All Progressive Congress, in Cross River State  Sen John Owan Enoh has assured Cross Riverians that if elected Governor he will revive the Local Government administration in the state.


Sen. John faulted the PDP and Gov. Ayade of killing the third tier of Government, and by so doing stalling grassroot development in the state.
"If you make me your Governor,  I will conduct LGA election within 3 to 6 months,  so that we can attend to the basic needs of Cross Riverians,  like building bridges, markets, and get our people empowered for the first time since 1999,  our state has been without a functional Local Government administration, our councills are dead, nothing is happenning there, this government has killed everything in our state, from the Ranch, to mountain race, all this government does is mismanage and kill our state"

Sen. John echoed across the Six LGA of the Central in his on going Governorship campaigns.

John Owan Enoh has hinted on his plans to create 'Develeopment Centres' to fascilitate grassroot development, as part of his strategies to make Cross River a state worthy of the special status. Sen. John made this known while speaking at the palace of the paramount Ruler of Calabar South. Adding that the many local Government areas where too large, and since it will require long bureaucratic processes to create more, he will adopt the development centres method to take the loci of developing the state closer to areas of attention. Eld. Bolaji Anani, Ex PDP national Financial Sect. Joins APC in CRS

Elder Bolaji Anani, former national financial secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, alongside over 1000 supporters yesterday,  Jan. 30th 2019 dumped the PDP for the APC,  at the presidential Rally held at the U. j. Esuene stadium,  Calabar. Bolaji was recieved by the National Chairman of the party,  Comr. Adams Oshiomole,  who assured them that they have made timely decisions as the unbrella was already torn. Bolaji while speaking at his defection noted that the APC has presented a fine candidate in the person of Sen. John Owan Enoh and he was driven by necessity to join hands as a statesman in the birth of a new Cross River and to support the goodworks of President M. Buhari in Cross River.
