Obudu Monarchs, Slams Ayade confers title on Zana, Adah

The Unwa Ushie chieftency title was yesterday conferred on Rt. Hon. Paul Adah,  and Prof. Zana Akpagu worthy sons of Obudu.
The title which is reserved for sons who have demonstrated achievements and worthy actions drew attendees from all works of life. Amongst whom were the deputy Governorship Candidate of the APC ntufam Ekpo Okon,  who also represented Sen John Owan Enoh.

It was rather a point of question as the Governor who is a son of obudu, was niether invited or represented at the ceremony. This has generated a lot of speculations especially this political season, as a lot of people are already reading signs of rejection of the Government due to its adjudged poor performance.

It is not a misplaced question to raise brows about his absence, seeing that this is a political season and such honours are seen as endorsement.
Could they be more to this?

* * The APC Guber Candidate,  Sen. John Owan Enoh has hinted on his plans to create 'Develeopment Centres' to fascilitate grassroot development, as part of his strategies to make Cross River a state worthy of the special status. Sen. John made this known while speaking at the palace of the paramount Ruler of Calabar South. Adding that the many local Government areas where too large, and since it will require long bureaucratic processes to create more, he will adopt the development centres method to take the loci of developing the state closer to areas of attention. Eld. Bolaji Anani, Ex PDP national Financial Sect. Joins APC in CRS

Elder Bolaji Anani, former national financial secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, alongside over 1000 supporters yesterday,  Jan. 30th 2019 dumped the PDP for the APC,  at the presidential Rally held at the U. j. Esuene stadium,  Calabar. Bolaji was recieved by the National Chairman of the party,  Comr. Adams Oshiomole,  who assured them that they have made timely decisions as the unbrella was already torn. Bolaji while speaking at his defection noted that the APC has presented a fine candidate in the person of Sen. John Owan Enoh and he was driven by necessity to join hands as a statesman in the birth of a new Cross River and to support the goodworks of President M. Buhari in Cross River.
