The APC Guber Candidate,  Sen. John Owan Enoh has described the Budget of Quabalistic Densification as another grammatical excercise of the present administration. Adding that it was an imaginary fiscal policy without the oxygen to survive. Adding that even Lagos state that generates more revenue did not budget upto a trillion naira. Sen. John Owan Enoh has hinted on his plans to create 'Develeopment Centres' to fascilitate grassroot development, as part of his strategies to make Cross River a state worthy of the special status. Sen. John made this known while speaking at the palace of the paramount Ruler of Calabar South. Adding that the many local Government areas where too large, and since it will require long bureaucratic processes to create more, he will adopt the development centres method to take the loci of developing the state closer to areas of attention. The APC Guber Candidate,  Sen. John Owan Enoh has vowed to establish an International school of Hospitality and Tourism to train the requisite manpower to feed the revitalised tourism sector his government will pursue. Sen. John spoke today at the towhall meeting organized by the Christian Pentecostal fellowship of Nigeria, and rhe pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) for Gubernatorial candidates,  at the Transcorp Hotels Calabar. Sen. John also promised to build a special port for heavyweight vehicles to avert the dangers it portrays and decongest the Calabar Metropolis,.
